Hi,
Just wanted to share some feedback about the v3 of Suggested edits:
- The idea of "moving the feature to the bottom navigation for logged-in users" is a nice one. It would be nice to have to quick-access to the feature. I especially prefer this over the Nearby in the bottom navigation bar as I have never happened to use the Nearby feature.
- The screen shown when the feature is paused looks good. On observation, I think the page directs users to external wiki pages to learn about improving their editing skills. It's a good start but it would be great if it was possible to the user to improve their skills within the app' itself. The in-app experience would be more natural, in my opinion.
- The screen shown when the feature is permanently blocked for a user could use some improvements. Pointing the user to some links that help them to improve their editing skill is useful. But the links seem to be the same as those shown when the feature is blocked. I suppose the user would have already seen the "feature is paused" screen before they see the "feature permanently disabled" screen. So, I don't think they are of much help in this case. Instead it would be better to point them to somewhere else _more helpful_ for this particular case.
- Also I was just wondering , is there any way in which the user would be able to unblock himself from permanent blocking? One thing that comes to my mind is, showing better edit quality for some prolonged time.
