It might be good to add a section on the responsibilities of authors. For example authors should support their assertions with credible evidence. They should properly research a topic and present views in a balanced way. They should seek to engage others to review and improve their work. They should be clear what the question is that is being answered (for example, limit their remarks to "what does this name, term or concept mean to people in this organisation?").

A sense of responsibility is a complement to the freedom to edit. This may be achieved by logging each author's edits for anyone to see, for example, so creating an implicit accountability to others in the community.
