I request translation admin right to mark template (exemple : {{Uw-Vandalism1}}) for translation (and also other page for minor edit, like OOUI icon change ect..) Thanks.

I'm not sure if we'd want talk page templates to be translated?

(Oh yeah i forgot flow is bad for translation template, forget my request. regards)
