In , you've added a line about Japanese Wikipedia, but the consultation seems linked to English Wikipedia en:Wikipedia:Talk pages consultation 2019, so I wonder if that English page allows Japanese users to participate each other or not, if not, can you please link to the actual Japanese Wikipedia consultation page, or just remove that line, to make interested users not confused?

Whist no other Japanese editors are interested in the project, I was not going to create any page about it in Japanese Wikipedia. However because some editors outside Japanese Wikipedia ask me about the page in Japanese Wikipedia, I created the page for Japanese editors.
