The analysis shows that 29% of Korean respondents say they created their account "to read Wikipedia", compared to 18% of Czech respondents. That answer is the most common answer for Korean account creators. One thought @Revi (WMF) had about this is that Naver, South Korea's most popular internet service, requires people to create accounts just to read (not contribute to) many online forums. Perhaps that has created an expectation among South Korean internet users. (FYI @MWang (WMF))
