This version has already been deployed on all wikis, but yet there are no release notes on MediaWiki 1.32/wmf.1. @Jdforrester (WMF) Maybe you know when will release notes be published?

Hmm. Looks like MediaWiki 1.32/wmf.1/Changelog didn't get created – @Chad (WMF), do you know why that might have been?

They're extracted from git – https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/plugins/gitiles/mediawiki/core/+log/wmf/1.32.0-wmf.1 for MediaWiki itself, and similar links for each of the ~180 other repos deployed.
