Per title. This is visible in any talk page with Deluxe, in the top few threads, regardless of whether they're resolved or not. The others won't display that issue.

I'm not sure of what you say. I don't see any change.
You can see https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/F16427631 . This is in Safari on a MacBook Air. (I can't promise they're both up to date though.)
I see now. I haven"t enabled flowDeluxeDiscuterContributions = true;
I don't think @Prométhée has noticed the icons change. :)
