According to the documentation, you should install your own Mathoid service. Using the suggested servers https://api.formulasearchengine.com/' as well as https://en.wikipedia.org/api/rest_v1/ currently fails (worked a couple of weeks age though). But how do you install Mathoid on a Windows server?
