How will membership be managed? Is there already a list of members? Will it be published here?

Good question. I'm not opposed to managing a list of membership. I'll take a look at the "SIG" specification to see if that's expected.
It appears that membership is something that we define and maintain as part of a "SIG'. So I'll be getting that setup shortly. Thanks!
