This is listed among the available skins of desktops, but just noticed on the Special pages that it was meant for mobile editing? In any case, this is a work in progress, and not for productive editing use yet. It doesn't work on a desktop, and is not offered in the mobile preferences. ~~~~
Thanks for the heads up. I have been following this issue off and on on phabricator. but gave up changing the skin from good old Vector until things stabilize. ~~~~
I extracted version 1.29 of this extension in my skins folder and added wfLoadSkin( 'MinervaNeue' ); to my LocalSettings.php, and installed MobileFrontend extension. I get a "Fatal error: Uncaught Exception: /homepages/25/d684391183/htdocs/wiki-play/skins/MinervaNeue/skin.json does not exist!" The only contents of the folder/tar-file MinervaNeue are:

I'm not sure I follow. This can be used for desktop editing, but hasn't many compatibility issues with extensions which assume a certain HTML structure. Could you be more specific at the problem you are having?
