This was a bug in Template:WikimediaDownloadSkin, which I fixed in Special:Diff/2537702. This template uses Template:DownloadGitSnapshot which by default uses the mediawiki-extensions- prefix, so I changed the base prefix and it's fixed now. It might take a little bit of time for this change to appear.
