Hi, as Herald rules are expensive, could you consider archiving H238 and H239, or if not could you explain how adding a personal flag and having hundreds of tasks listed under https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/flag/ helps you organize and follow work, in contrast to simply subscribing to any Wikidata projects via Phabricator/Help#Receiving updates and notifications ? Thanks!
