OK it's unlikely that English names of our citiy names of Time zones can be changed because they're from PHP from IANA/ICANN and possibly from IETF. But is it fairy that we only provides translations of continents but not for cities even in fr:Spécial:Préférences#mw-prefsection-rendering, nl:Speciaal:Voorkeuren#mw-prefsection-rendering, mk:Специјална:Нагодувања#mw-prefsection-rendering and else? Those cities are also translatable on CLDR!
