Topic on Extension talk:FontAwesome

Hi, I was unable to download this extension but there is a simple workaround. Simply add:

@import url("https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.7.0/css/font-awesome.min.css");

to the beginning of MediaWiki:Common.css and that's it, you should be ready to go.
