My RecentChanges can't update, but page history has record.

With this poor description we cannot help you.

The content of the RecentChanges page is based in the content of the recentchanges database table. This table is updated by certain events, e.g. each time a page is changed. Apart from this update somehow being broken, you might also have a caching issue that your browser only shows you an old version of the content, while the server in fact already has a newer one.

Now I know what happend in my wiki. The extensions CheckUser is error in 1.28.0
