Echoing a message below, I wonder if it would be possible to have this to show pages in categories, that way the suggestions are not vague. While what is there right now is fine, it might help to deliver attention to smaller pages and increase knowledge beyond the main article.

Thanks for this idea. Unfortunately it was hard to predict how good the algorithm would be on a big project like enwiki, so we're learning and as many people have pointed out there are many results to fine tune. This is definitely an idea that might be worth pursuing. Also it seems these results may not be useful on disambigution and list pages e.g. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_lists_of_lists
