One of the grey link on the left hand side of my current interface is Chinese (Hong Kong), (zh-hk), which if you click on the link, the tool would redirect you to https://zh-hk.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:ContentTranslation?page=%E6%84%9B%E3%82%92%E3%81%82%E3%81%AA%E3%81%9F%E3%81%AB&from=ja&to=zh-hk&targettitle=&campaign=interlanguagelink in which there are no such wikipedia. zh-hk's wikipedia is on the Chinese wikipedia with an semiautomatic conversion system integrated and thus can be accessible via zh.wikipedia.org/zh-hk/ and Chinese Wikipedia does not differentiate its content in article according to different variant.

Hello @C933103, we had a minor issue last week when similar language codes were being displayed. The problem has already been fixed. Can you please let us know when was the last time you spotted this and if its still happening? Thanks.

@Runab WMF last time I saw the problem was several minutes before I post the original message. And I have just tested, it is still happening now.

bump, and I just found that even a page have its counterpart in Chinese Wikipedia, it would still give you a grey link for the page, for instance English Wikipedia Mainpage. See http://imgur.com/5hMTwMm

I fixed this recently, but it's not deployed. Can you please test again on Friday March 4th and let me know if it is still happening?
