I also added a mediawiki biggest user section at bottom I also gave some colour for the boxes.

I don't like blue colour in header, it's too bright or something. And orange colour (download button) on blue background looks not good. Otherwise it looks fine.
Ok @Stryn or @QChrisNonWMF or @anyone do you have any suggestions on what the colours can be.
