I'm trying to export the template "Template:Welcome" from mediawiki.org (Special:Export, upper textfield) according to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Help:Templates. It doesn't work. What's wrong? Are there any user-restrictions?

Nothing happens... No download... I'm using Firefox 40, all scripts allowed.

So, you go to https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Export, and in the large text field, you type "Template:Welcome", check off "Include Templates" and then click "Export" and nothing happens?
