Link to another language

Since I have started a translation from wp:de, there is a grey link « Deutsch » in the left sidebar, offering me to translate the article in Deutsch, for every article in French Wikipedia who doesn't have a Deutsch equivalent. Someone can suppress that ?

I don't want these grey interlanguage links either. I use the list to look if there is an article in another language but for nothing else. I strongly object to this kind of "nudging", it disturbs me. How can I suppress those grey links altogether?

If you click on those grey lilnks, you can make it a Red link. but if you dont do anything, once published, they will become plain text. Or are you concerned about the way the gray links are presented in translation editor?

Sorry, I was mistaken, You are talking about the interlanguage links in gray color. It is one of the ways to start translating a page that exist in other language but in a language you might be interested. We are improving our algorithm to give more appropriate languages there. What kind of problems you see with those links? Does that language suggestion not making sense?

Thank you for your answer,

I can translate from others languages to French, but unfortunately, I'm too bad to do it the other way.

Thinking about it twice, I have no problem if the grey link stay.

Still, the way they become red links is a bit of a problem right now. For instance, we're not able to specify what the title of that presumed future article should be.
