not another Glossary, meta:Glossary wins

meta:Glossary is
+ bigger,
+ more comprehensive
+ translated into many more languages
- has terms that aren't technical, such as "Affiliations Committee"
+ has more technical terms that are missing here like "AbuseFilter", "Eqiad", "Varnish".

On balance this glossary should be merged with meta-wiki's Glossary and replaced with a soft redirect. I don't see any templates making reference to this. The primary linker to this is Developer hub with three links.

It seems that the two glossaries have different scopes: here is about the software, the one on Meta-Wiki is about the Wikimedia projects.

I've removed the merge template, as there's not been any discussion about this in the two years it's been there.
