Updating a Herald rule

How can I update a Herald rule so that it only applies to new tasks? We currently have a Herald rule that auto tags anything with MobileFrontend with Mobile Web. It would be good to change this behaviour so that the 'Mobile Web' tag can be removed where necessary. The Mobile Web board is getting difficult to manage since there are many feature requests and bugs tagged with MobileFrontend.

Only Phabricator admins (i.e. not us normal users) can do anything with Herald at the moment unfortunately, I think you need to create a ticket against the #Phabricator project to get changes made to them. Although they read this page, so maybe if they see this...

@Jdlrobson: I edited Herald rule H27 to add the project "Mobile-Web" only the first time the "MobileFrontend" project is associated to a task, so "Mobile-Web" could manually be removed again from "MobileFrontend" tasks.

If you removed tasks from the "Mobile-Web" project but kept them in "MobileFrontend", does that effectively mean that these tasks should also have "lowest priority" set? If so, please do so, to communicate realistic expectations. Thank you!

Not necessarily. We're still trying to work out how best to use the Mobile Web board ourselves. We currently don't use the priority field for anything. We tend to use workboard columns to give this indication.
