Topic on Talk:Flow/Interactive prototype

Two initial constructive comments.

I don't care for the tattered paper edge to show more comments. Maybe something smoother would look better.

We're losing a lot of vertical efficiency with the space buffers around the different fields. Can we tighten the design up so that comments are more thin/tight and more comments will appear on a single screen?

Thanks for the great work. Ocaasi (talk) 17:18, 9 May 2013 (UTC)

Agreed with both comments. The vertical space could be compacted if the "X edits since Y" were hidden by default (just like the board/contributions links). Also, the reply button could be made square with an icon (say, something like this) and placed on the right of the message, thus saving the vertical space in the bottom (the mark abusive could be moved to the header). For accessibility reasons, the icon reply button could get expanded on hover to include the text. Something along these lines would save a lot of vertical space.
