We already have Manual:Configuration#Configuring MediaWiki with more links and more useful information, so I've copied the little extra information from here into it. Manual:Installing MediaWiki talks about installing the rest of the stack so there's benefit and precedent to explaining configuration of the rest of the stack along with MediaWiki.
