Can we have editable top of content area?

Hi, I had added some text at the top of the content area but the bot removed it when updated the page. Could the bot be more polite :) and keep the text, please? The text:

Oldest open changesets. For the newest open changes check this search.

Fixed with this commit.

You can now edit Template:Gerrit reports header to customize the introduction to this (or any other) Gerrit report.
