ExternBib/test/externbib.db does not exist??? how to creat this db file?

I have only now seen that our extension has turned up here...

Indeed, externbib.db has to be created. To do that, you have to use the script updatedb.php. The idea of the extension is to use an external bibtex file and call updatedb.php to make it available to mediawiki.
