The linked readme doesn't explain how to edit LocalSettings.php. Or does the php code in the readme has to be copied into the LocalSettings.php?
- Add
require_once("$IP/extensions/PrefSwitch/PrefSwitch.php");
- on the bottom of LocalSettings.php.
