Template talk:User groups

When I first opened the talk page I entered my question in the first text box that showed up. That was the description of this page box. I think normally in talk pages that would not even show, right? Is it different on template pages? In any case, if it's there for me to enter things I should not then get a generic message "This action has been automatically identified as harmful, and therefore disallowed. If you believe your action was constructive, please inform an administrator of what you were trying to do. A brief description of the abuse rule which your action matched is: Block editing board descriptions for project and help pages". The template talk page had previously been empty, so maybe that's why the description text box showed up.

Something in this template creates the text MyLanguage/Project:Bots on pages that call it. I think there is something going wrong there, but I don't understand what it is supposed to do and so don't know how to fix it.
