Caution icon and design

Hi, I'd like to propose to follow the Wikimedia Design Style Guide message components and change the icon of the template to use the OOUI error icon. English Wikipedia Caution template differs between alerts/errors and warnings, here it seems to be mainly aiming at alerts/errors and should therefore be unified to the users. --Volker E.
