Creates a formatted link to a page on GitHub.

Template parameters
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
URL	`1`	The page or URL on “https://GitHub.com”.	URL	required
Label	`2`	The displayed text. Default {{#titleparts:{{{1}}}\|1\|-1}}	Line	optional
Include “on GitHub” Text?	`link`	Whether to include the “on GitHub” text and whether it should be linked. Supported values: "no"/"hidden". Auto value `no`	String	optional
