Is the idea that this page will augment or replace the existing (and rather limited) quarterly goals page?
The Q1 quarterly goals page is a work in progress--it should be full of content within a week or so.
In the long run, Victoria would like us to plan and report more in terms of programs, and less in terms of teams. So my guess is that a program-centric quarterly goals page would replace the team-centric quarterly goals page, but that won't happen until next quarter (Q2) at the earliest.
After the team-centric Q1 goals page is complete, I hope to create a parallel program-centric Q1 goals page. Same data, but pivoted. That will be an experiment.
The utility of this page is still being debated. I think it would be useful to have a "portal" of sorts for each program Technology is working on, and this page is a first attempt at that. But others are not yet convinced. So for now, this page remains an experiment as well.
For Contributors I've made Contributors#2017.E2.80.932018 Annual Plan work for our on-going updates, in an attempt to be more programmatically and temporally granular, cover the entire set of programmes, and be less team-based. Might be worth considering if I can steal some of your ideas from here. :-)
