"Standardize and modernize front-end libraries"

Trevor, James; I noticed James changed the target date from end of Q2 to Q3. Given this, it's important that we distinguish between what we expect will be done by the end of this quarter (December 31). @Erik Moeller (WMF): I changed it to synchronise with the "Make editing faster" task as in the discussion at the time it was broadly covered as part of the same push for technical debt pay-down / on-going grand projects. I believe the contents of the "Measure of success for Q2" column should only talk about Q2, but I don't believe the commitments have been updated subsequent to the meeting you and Trevor had last week, however?
