@SSastry (WMF), would you be willing to lead a session on the Parsing/Notes/Two Systems Problem? Is that a document we should turn into an ArchCom-RFC (and perhaps have an IRC meeting sooner)?

Yes, please! Let's have a session on that. Subbu's digest on that page is brilliant, yet simple and to the point. +1 on turning that into an RfC, but perhaps it would be more valuable to do so after the Dev Summit.
