Targeting 10 Eastern is awfully late to get a representative sample of North Americans. I realize you can't get it too much earlier without chopping off the other end (starts at 7 Pacific currently), but if you want interesting data representative of the eastern coast and others, then 10 is off the mark. @Ed Erhart (WMF):

Thanks for this great feedback, @Izno! We've been talking about the proposed timeslots today (even before your message!) vs. our mobile traffic data. They may shift.
