@Elitre (WMF) As regards this, I know SET is still on Enwiki, but I didn't remove it. I said that VE is not default (opt-out) because Enwiki is wikitext-primary; I didn't say SET was disabled. If what I wrote was somehow wrong, may I suggest the page needs clarifying.

I believe that means it is not available among the Beta Features anymore.

To clarify, wikis with zero check marks are generally wikis where VE does not work properly for some reason - they have a single edit tab for Wikitext-only. Wikis with one check mark have two edit tabs, Wikitext and VE. Wikis with two check marks have one edit tab, with the Primary Default editor unspecified.

I'm pretty sure EnWiki is the only wiki with Single-Edit-Tab and Wikitext as the default. The WMF intends to silently deploy a VE default along with all new Single-Edit-Tab deployments. The WMF believes a VE default is beneficial. I don't know if the WMF presumes all wikis want a VE default, or if the WMF thinks it's beneficial to quietly deploy the "right" default without communities noticing.
