Interwiki system?
[edit]In enwiki there is active bot's that show ip and port of open proxies for vandals to use in lesser language wikis. If we want to show some info - if it is a school - and we want to block open proxies (as an option to enable in little wikies) - we need some kind of interwiki checkusers.
