The deployment archive, for example, is listed from most recent to least. I feel like "What were the most recent releases of interest" is a question that could page could/should answer.

Firstly, this is a great first pass!

Certainly when trying to answer questions like "Did the new mobile header treatment break the search experience?" (or better phrase "break the search instrumentation?"), digging through the comments on the associated tasks can be a little cumbersome. Doing that work upfront may pay off or would it be too much?

It may do but I'd advise doing it for new changes. Let's see if we use it and if it's helpful. Is there any other information we would need on gerrit aside from the date?
