This appears in the edit bar, but when clicked on the extension actually works. It appears to be an error of the Truglass skin, because it works with Vector. MediaWiki 1.24.0 (8f63551) && Truglass 3.1 — Preceding unsigned comment added by Temptuousinsolence (talk • contribs)

Will look into it, probably best to file a bug on Phabricator though. --Lcawte (talk) 12:08, 4 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
gerrit:177554 should fix this issue. Please upgrade your copy of Truglass to the latest master version (3.1.1) and report back whether the problem still persists or not. --Jack Phoenix (Contact) 16:01, 4 December 2014 (UTC)Reply
Yes, it works ... thanks --Temptuousinsolence (talk) 08:47, 8 December 2014 (UTC)Reply

Deprecated: SkinTruglass overrides setupSkinUserCss which was deprecated in MediaWiki 1.32

[edit]

Hi Everyone,

We recently updated to Mediawiki 1.36. I'm testing some of our installed skins under it.

Use of Truglass is causing these warnings to be printed on the top of each page:

Deprecated: SkinTruglass overrides setupSkinUserCss which was deprecated in MediaWiki 1.32. [Called from OutputPage::getRlClient in /var/www/html/w/includes/OutputPage.php at line 3017] in /var/www/html/w/includes/debug/MWDebug.php on line 376

and:

Deprecated: Use of Skin::setupSkinUserCss was deprecated in MediaWiki 1.32. [Called from SkinTruglass::setupSkinUserCss in /var/www/html/w/skins/Truglass/includes/SkinTruglass.php at line 21] in /var/www/html/w/includes/debug/MWDebug.php on line 376

and:

Deprecated: Use of SkinTemplateOutputPageBeforeExec hook (used in HitCounters\Hooks::onSkinTemplateOutputPageBeforeExec) was deprecated in MediaWiki 1.35. [Called from MediaWiki\HookContainer\HookContainer::run in /var/www/html/w/includes/HookContainer/HookContainer.php at line 137] in /var/www/html/w/includes/debug/MWDebug.php on line 376

I have no idea why we are running debug code on a production server. I guess that's a separate issue for the Mediawiki folks.

My apologies if this is not a Truglass issue.

Our mediawiki information can be found here.

This is still a problem in Mediawiki 1.36.1.
