All pages dark mode error

[edit]

Issue Description: Hi all! Over the past month I've fixed all the reported lint errors related to the dark mode, however a .css update is still needed to get rid of the white background that remains on virtually all pages when this mode is activated; someone with rights could kindly do this? Thx in advance! N.Longo (talk) 16:40, 7 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've made an import request at meta wiki Matrix (talk) 12:40, 13 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Matrix: Hi, and thanks for your effort. Unfortunately the import did not work properly, not solving the problems with the background and ruining the graphical outcome of several templates (e.g. that one for headers: lij:s:In lode do seeniscimo Tomaxo Spinnoa); probably because on it.wikisource they have since changed other aspects that are not compatible with our system. Since these would be major changes, for which I would have to ask the community's opinion first, could you kindly ask them to revert the import and ask if someone could manually intervene in the .css just for the background color correction? Thank you in advance N.Longo (talk) 08:49, 14 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Tanbiruzzaman: would you mind reverting your edit as it's causing problems? Matrix (talk) 17:40, 14 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Matrix, actually my edited version & the last version before my edit are same. Can you suggest a better version from the page history? Tanbiruzzaman (talk) 08:17, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
I'll work on this page later, thanks for notifying me. Matrix (talk) 19:21, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Tanbiruzzaman: It seems to me that the import works creating another log, in this case dated December 8, which is the day of the last .css update on it.wikisource (before the import), resulting in a single cumulative edit importing all changes made to it.css since our last update. Ours just needs a revert to the latest 2020 update (history) N.Longo (talk) 19:42, 15 December 2024 (UTC)[reply]
