I reviewed your MediaWiki namespace contributions and didn't see any edits to CSS/JS pages since ~2012. Are you sure you need the rights? You should be able to edit nearly all MediaWiki messages without them. Legoktm (talk) 19:57, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
