Phabricator/Help/Setup UBN Notifications

If you'd like to get notified of new UBN Tasks, you can Create a personal Herald Rule with the following settings to get notified via email:

1. Give your rule a name like "Email me for UBN tasks"
2. Then make two rule conditions:
   1. "Priority" "is any of" "unbreak now"
   2. "Status" "is any of" "Open, Stalled"
3. Then in the action section, choose "only the first time this rule matches" and "Send me an email"'
4. Finally, save the herald rule. You're done!
