The MediaWiki Interfaces Team or MWI is the current iteration of what was previously known as API Platform . It was renamed in Jan 2024 to better align with the scope and direction of the team. We are part of the MediaWiki Engineering Group .
Mission
As the MediaWiki Interfaces Team, we empower others to build on top of MediaWiki by providing interfaces like Hooks and Web APIs.
