Thanks for working on this, @Network-charles! I read through the page and identified some things that I think would help make the page easier to read:

  • Add a sentence or two at the top introducing the contents of the page.
  • Try to organize the page with the simplest information at the top (basic info about how new lines work) and proceed to progressively more complex info.
  • Consider moving some of the sections that are specific to parser functions to the pages about parser functions.
  • Reduce and the number and complexity of examples. I think this page has too many edge cases represented. We should try to reduce the number of examples to just the core use cases and reduce the complexity of each example where possible. For example, the #tag:poem example could be simplified significantly.
