Needs better documentation

Hi. Even if the tool appears to be simple to use, I'd appreciate if it was fully documented regarding how to use it, limitations and the like. At eswiki sysops have been using the tool to merge histories, and in most cases parts of the history of the to-be-merged page still remains. Please document this tool.
