MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning is displayed under the edit box when editing a page. It is a footer containing a warning regarding the copyright status of submitted edits. It accepts wiki markup.
If $wgRightsText is not set in your LocalSettings.php, then this page is ignored in lieu of MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning2 instead.
