The Revision menu allows you to view different revisions.

View (V) allows you to view the current revision as it would appear in the encyclopedia.
Revert allows you to Revert a revision.
Revert AGF reverts a revision, while assuming good faith
Previous moves to the previous change.
Next moves to the next change.
Latest moves to the latest change.
Accept this Pending Revision allows you to accept a pending revision. This feature is no longer used on the English Wikipedia.
Reject Revision allows you to decline a pending revision. This feature is no longer used on the English Wikipedia, although some projects still have it enabled.
