You will need some custom namespaces: one to place the book or manuscript Index and another for working on each single Page from the digitized work. At English Wikisource, those are Index and Page.

On new Wikisource wikis, your community should define those before the wiki creation. If not, there is no issue: provide the corresponding translations for those custom namespaces, gain consensus in a public discussion page with your folks and fill a bug report.

Later, create a MediaWiki:Proofreadpage index namespace page containing the correspondent word for Index (with no colon) and MediaWiki:Proofreadpage namespace containing the correspondent word for Page (with no colon).
