I would like to translate this extension to Hebrew, but I can't find it on translatewiki.net. Is it possible to make this extension translatable?

I have installed the extension and can access the special page. It then writes:

New update foundv1.24.2

Update already downloaded

Update ready Install now?

But when I click on "Install now" it just tries to create a new /doUpdate page. What is the problem here? Am I missing some configuration?

I experience the same problem. Any solutions to this?

I encountered an issue following the instruction, when my mediawiki Main Page was totally blank. The reason was that "UpdateMediaWiki.php" is named updateMediaWiki.php actually (starting not with a capital.

So I changed the following line in the instruction require_once( "$IP/extensions/UpdateMediaWiki/updateMediaWiki.php" );

Hi,

love the idea of this extension. It would be great if its not only possible to update to the newest release, also it should work to update to the newest release of a lower version. For example you are running 1.21.1 you should have the possibility to update to version 1.22.5 or 1.21.8.

greetings

Yes, I plan to implement this in the next version. Thanks for your interest
