After enabling the SimpleRadiusAuth extension, we can no longer create a new account. It throws the following error "Username entered already in use. Please choose a different name."

In order to create a new user we first have to disable the extension, create a new account and then re-enbale the extension. While authentication is working great with RADIUS. Any idea?
