I suggest creating a dedicated page Extension:PayPal for your fork. This one will no longer be maintained and I am now going to archive it. Besides. Thanks for your effort!

There are several errors in Extension:PayPal page:

1. It is not clear where to download it. I see no archive with the extension. Is the inserted PHP file the entire source of the extension?
2. "Create a new site in your extension-folder, named PayPal.php with following content" should probably read instead "Create a new file in your extension-folder, named PayPal.php with following content"
3. There are no "THIS_SHOULD_BE_REPLACED" string in your PHP file. It is unclear where to put my PayPal email
